What is Hanyial’s general return policy?
Changed your mind or unsatisfied with your purchase? No problem! We want you to be thrilled with all of your purchases, so we understand sometimes it just doesn’t work out.
- You can return the unused item(s) within 15days from receipt of your package or purchase in store.
- Upon receipt, returns are eligible for a 100% refund back to your method of payment method.
- Your order number and the original packaging are required for all returns.
- Wedo not accept returns on Sale/Clearance items.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customers responsibility.
- At our discretion we may offer a partial refund or charge a 20%+ restocking fee, in particular if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns will be processed and credit/refund will be issued within 10 business days of receipt.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How do exchanges work?
We don’t offer direct exchanges of items but you can certainly return an item for store credit, and then place a new order for the item you want. We initiate a refund once the item has been received and checked at our warehouse. For store credit, this takes 24 hours from initiation, and 7-10 business days for refunds to the original payment method. You can either order your new item before returning the old one or wait until your refund has been received to place the new order.
Where applicable, your return ship fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
